ProtectWise customers will now have access to additional threat intelligence for more comprehensive protection
ProtectWise is very excited to announce that we have joined Facebook's ThreatExchange, a platform for sharing information and intelligence about security threats. We join more than 100 companies, including Twitter, Yahoo, Pinterest and Dropbox, dedicated to sharing information on malware and other security threats.
Collaboration is key in identifying and responding to threats during a time when attackers are constantly changing their method and type of attack. Integrating the ProtectWise Cloud Network DVR with Facebook's ThreatExchange means a couple of things for our customers. Now, customers will be able to utilize threat intelligence from both platforms to more quickly identify and respond to the threats that matter most. By increasing the total body of intelligence that is available to the ProtectWise Cloud Network DVR, customers will benefit from increased visibility and detection and an improved overall security posture.
This integration also means ProtectWise customers can view ThreatExchange data directly in the ProtectWise Visualizer, enabling interactive event visualization to see the state of network security at-a-glance.
ProtectWise customers interested in gaining access to this additional threat intelligence are encouraged to apply for the Facebook ThreatExchange program beta. For more information on how to apply, click here.
